Catalog procedure - Consultation of works from precious reserves

Procedure to follow if the requested work is in the library's online catalog:

  • Step 1
Before any search, please log in to the catalog with your UNamur login and password;

Make a request for consultation of a work from the Precious Reserves via the "Request" on the copy you are looking for in the online catalog;

Select the pick-up location phrase and validate your request;

Wait for confirmation from the Pôle Patrimoine, which will arrive in your mailbox with the
information related to the consultation (for students.s and UNamur staff, the e-mail
will be sent to your "UNamur" address).

  • Step 5

You've received a confirmation e-mail? That's great. Go to the site
https://affluences.com/unamur-bump/reservation, in order to reserve a time slot to
come and consult your document.

Please note that available time slots can only be reserved a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment.
