Develop a professional attitude to data management, adopt programming logic, develop basic skills in R.

Content

This course provides an introduction to computer science and the use of R and RStudio programs. It begins with the basics of computer science, then explains how to organize your data efficiently. Next, it covers the programming environment with R and RStudio, including basic calculations, data types, and integrating your own data into R. Finally, the course concludes with creating graphs and using functions to analyze and visualize data.

Assessment method

Continuous assessment: quiz during theoretical courses (20%); open book exam (80%). Important: A student who fails this course at the end of the academic year will have to retake the quizzes next year.
