This course is aimed at an average level of B1+/B2 in the different skills. It is intended to prepare students as well as possible for the next year's course.
In order to achieve the defined objectives, this course offers exercises aimed at improving reading and listening comprehension as well as expanding general and scientific/biomedical vocabulary. The student should also be able to actively participate in a small group conversation and to write a short production. Finally, a review of basic grammar is also part of the course.
Q1= written exam (closed books) in January on the semester's subject (40%) Q2= short written production (20%)*, oral examination based on a reading file (20%) and a mini oral presentation (20%) Failure to present any of the components will result in automatic failure. For the award of the final grade, active participation in the course will also be taken into account, as well as the chances of success in further learning. [ !!! In case of failure, contact the course owner before the end of June to find out about the modalities of the second session examination!!!] *face-to-face only
