The HRS4R actions are monitored by the Euraxess steering committee, chaired by the Vice-Rector for Research, Pr. Carine Michiels.
In order to represent all University staff in the HRS4R and OTM-R, representatives of the various academic, scientific and ATG (administrative, technical and management staff) bodies sit on the committee.

The committee meets four times a year to review progress and discuss new projects. It works closely with the Research Administration (ADRE), the International Relations Department (SRI) and the Human Resources Department (SRH).
