Goals

The aim of the course is to form future teachers to correctly build a course sequence including ICT. The stress is also put on effectiveness in retrieval of electronic information and high quality use of these resources in pedagogical scenarios while keeping a critical eye on ergonomics

Content

This course will alternate - theoretical content - examples - critics - practical exercises

Assessment method

Students will be assessed on the basis of a written assignment comprising a teaching scenario using ICT in education and a portfolio (reflective logbook).

The teaching scenario will cover a number of points covered in the course (choice of tool, critique of the tool, educational added value, SAMR and PICRAT models, triple concordance, etc.).

The portfolio will consist of a reflective record, kept throughout the course, of how ICT has been integrated into a high-quality teaching scenario.

These two documents (teaching scenario and portfolio) will be submitted in the form of a file via the WebCampus assignment tool.

The assessment mark will be based on a criteria grid provided to students.
