The FaSEF provides theoretical and practical training in preparation for the CAPAES for teachers under contract to a Haute-École or in social promotion higher education outside the pedagogical categories.

This specialization master's program is designed for higher education teachers working either in university teaching (assistants and professors) or in higher education outside universities (Hautes écoles). It aims to carry out applied research, in the professional field of the program's students.

The F.R.S.-FNRS published on June 25, 2024, the list of winners of the various doctoral and postdoctoral mandates. Among them, 16 researchers from the University of Namur have obtained funding.

These are the questions that Michel Ajzen, a specialist in organizational management, is tackling as part of his teaching assignments in the Department of Management Sciences at UNamur. His research focuses on hybrid work and organizational innovation, with a transdisciplinary approach aimed at reinventing managerial practices to meet contemporary challenges.

The CIAP offers a free methodological consulting service. This support takes the form of individual face-to-face interviews or via Teams. This service is open to all students at the University of Namur, whatever their orientation and year of study.

What? BENEVOL on Thursday and Friday, November 21 and 22: the congress will bring together researchers working in software engineering, evolution, and maintenance. This year, we will have two keynotes: one by Prof. Andy Zaidman from TU Delft and one by Prof. Sonia Haiduc from Florida State University. Stanford University has published a prestigious ranking that highlights the most influential researchers in a wide range of scientific fields. The list, based on bibliographic criteria, aims to provide a standardized means of identifying the world's scientific leaders. It is one criterion among others for assessing the quality of scientific research. Twelve researchers from the University of Namur are among them!

In late November 2024, UNamur hosted the 23rd BENEVOL Congress, an annual research seminar that provides an opportunity for international researchers to meet and discuss new ideas, important issues and cutting-edge research in the field of software engineering, maintenance and evolution.
