- Acquire knowledge about the notions of projects (in general and specifically for IT) and their management processes; - Know and master some techniques and methods useful in various areas of project management (scope management, risk management, time management, cost management, integration management, ...)

- Notion of project - Project scope definition - Project management standards and bodies of knowledge (PMBOK, ...) - Risk management (identification, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, counter-measures definition) - Time management (schedule with PERT and GANTT, workload estimation) - Integration management (progress monitoring, earned value) - Cost management (earned value, ROI) - Human resources management (project manager role, task assignment, management styles) - Communication management (conflict management)

Assessment method

Written exam including for example theoretical questions (knowledge production), application questions (exercices) and multiple choice questions.
