Leerresultaten

This course aims to develop different capacities. First of all, the ability to understand the reality of ICT in a multidisciplinary way: links between economics and law are clearly identified. There is also the capacity for abstraction and the rigour to qualify certain hasty judgements. There is also the critical spirit and the ability to judge certain choices, as reflected in certain provisions in force.
