Applying for an education grant: declaration of honour
By validating this form, the student declares that he/she has submitted an application for study allowances (SAE) to the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
The student is aware that UNamur will only be able to enroll him/her definitively once the administrative file has been fully put in order and this declaration has been sent.
Thereafter, the student undertakes to:
- transmit the copy of the notification of the decision of the SAE to the Enrolment Department as soon as it is received
- pay, in case of refusal of study allowances, the amount of the required registration fees via the invitation to pay sent to the Student email address
Thanks to this scholarship application, your financial file is in order until receipt of a possible scholarship refusal. In the event of a scholarship refusal, payment of your registration fees must be made within the legal deadlines.
Pay attention to your UNamur student e-mail address. In the event of a scholarship refusal, we will get back to you on this e-mail address.
If you are still in scholarship application status on 10/31, we will not automatically deregister you for non-payment of the registration fee deposit. If you still wish to unregister, please complete the withdrawal form.
Without deregistration before 01/12, your year will be counted as an official registration in your academic career and from a financibility point of view.
